    Default Upside down

Photographed quite late in the evening in low light. Sharing as I thought it was quite a interesting pose. Wish the light was better.

    Canon 50D, 100-400mm L IS USM, ISO 800, 1/40, f6.3, hand held, full frame.

    Comments and critiques welcome..

Nice pose, the eye contact and details are good, despite the ss being so low. You could have increased the iso

In 50D I won't be comfortable in increasing the ISO beyond 800. At that time, I was filming and was wondering what kind of images you were getting, as the light was too low. However, you have pulled off a sharp shot.

A positive exposure compensation would have been better, however, that would have further dropped down the shutter speed and a sharp image would not have been possible.

One can see from their curved beaks that the long curved beak is an evolutionary adaptation to its style of living in the canopy. It helps in pulling out fruits, berries, and even small creatures like bats as well.

Nice pose. The shutter speed was low but well managed. Agree about the exposure compensation. Thanks for sharing.

Nice perspective. Looks sharp for the Shutter speed.
