    Default Barn Swallow/Joida

Shot this from a distance in Joida near Ganeshgudi in Dec'10. Very rarely we find these swallow on a natural perch, till date I have got them only on wires. The noise in bg is due to heavy crop i guess.

It feels good to see this bird on a natural perch

I have no clue how you managed the rainbow colours in the BG sir! Has that been achieved naturally or is it from PP?

These are small birds. So one needs to be really close to get a decent size in the frame. The sharpening artifacts are visible. Slight head turn towards you would have been great as well. I am sure you will get one in a natural perch soon.

Nice clean background. Getting them close is difficult. Agree about the head turn. Thanks for sharing.

The background looks nice. however the details seem smudged perhaps due to the crop. Agree that a head turn would have been nice. Thanks for sharing.
