    Canon 7D
    Canon 200mm USM L f 2.8
    Shot at RBS
    ISO 1600 and TV 1/8000.
    Very interesting fight between river turn and pelican for the territory
    Shot a series of shots of the fight and will post few.

    Beautiful capture, Sandesh! Loved the effect of light here bringing the fine transparent details. Wish to see more in the series. Do you have one with the Pelican completely included in the picture?

    Wish BG was better. Direction of light has added shadows in the BG. Did you do any PP such as saturation boosting? Either that or JPEG conversion has left its pattern marks on the image affecting the quality. You may want to re-process.

    Tried to remove the background and later felt to blur the background.
    Yes i have processed few raw files and i will post the best of them.
    And i am not much familiar with the PP.

    I agree with Tushar. Why don't you post the entire image, without the blurring, cropping etc. We can then suggest what you can do differently. Cutting off the body actually takes away attention.

    Nice moment captured. The open beak is interesting. Agree with the above comments. Did you try a vertical composition. Thanks for sharing.

    Dear patra
    This image is full frame definitely i will post all the shots which includes the vertical frames
    During this shot really i don't know what to shoot because the science happened for only 30-60 sec shot series of fotos and finally asked the guide (boat rider.
    The quarrel is for territory between turn and pelican.
