    Photographed this in Ranganathittu last month.

    Canon 50D, 100-400mm L IS USM, ISO 400,f6.3, 1/2000, hand held

    Lovely flight shot Mrudul, the exposure is well controlled, The open wings looks good and the sky with clouds is interesting. Had there been some catch-light or sparkle in the eye, it would have been a stunner. Nevertheless this is still a top class image.

    Superb shot Mrudul. Love the exposure here. Almost looks like an HDR image . Wondering whether less space at the left would look better. Other than that, no nits.
    Overall an excellent image, TFS.

    Abhishek, I agree, I too would have liked a bit more space on the right, I clicked it from the boat and I had zoomed out since it was quite near. I should have moved the camera a bit more to the right.

    Sagar, it was nearly overhead, as I said I had zoomed out to focus.

    Praveen, I think there is a catchlight in the eye .

    Excellent. Agree with comments below. The Blue sky and clouds in the Bg make this special. Exposure is top class.
