HI All,
My first jackal sighting. Again this one is from Gir. Had a good time with bunch of these guys. Taken with 7D +500f/4, iso 800 on bean bag. Cropped a little from all sides.

Nice composition. The eye contact is nice. Since it is cropped, I would like a bit more space on the top. Could get any images of the pack? I think there is one just behind its hind legs (?). Look forward to more. Thanks for sharing.

Wow! Lovely sighting Amit, the details have come out well. Agree about space at the top

The low angle is good. What was the aperture and shutter speed? The curved dry branch to the left of the jackal is nice. Thanks for sharing.

HI Guys,
Thanks your comments. Yes there is some more space at top but mostly its washed out sky so cropped it. Yes I do have some images done by 70-200 but these guys were resting in front of a room made by forest dept, hence doesn't look like a natural setting. I guess this was at f4, but I'll check back.
good eye contact...agree with comments made.
