Nice flight pose captured. The light and the eye contact is good. Slight more space on the right and top would enhance the composition further. Thanks for sharing.

    Rajan,
You got this nicely. Sharpness is fine. The eye contact is nice. Where is this lake?

    Cheers,
    Sabyasachi

Nice flight shot Rajan. Eye is sharp and details look good. You can also try playing around with contrast a bit.

    Thanks Atul, Mrudul, Praveen.

Sabyasachi: This is the lake between OMR and ECR. After you go past Muthukadu lake on ECR, there is a junction. The left goes to the Kovalam village and the right goes to the Kelambakkam lake. There is a check post immediately at the entrance when you take the right towards Kelambakkam and the lake starts immediately after the check post.

    regards
    Rajan

    Hi Rajan,

Excellent capture and thaks for sharing.

As Srivari suggested, it looks bit over exposed.

Shutter speed of 1/800 to 1200 is good enough for larger birds. This way you can reduce high ISO and in turn can capture more details.

    Regards,
    Dileep
