Head angle is good. The fence post is a Kill Joy. It would be better to place the fellow more to the left of the frame. Thanks for sharing.

I liked the eye contact and the perch.The fence post is a bit distracting.The background is nicely diffused.

gotta agree with Sabyasachi,
You can crop a bit more from the bottom and place the bird in a leftside of the frame.
BTW great shot with nice details and bkg.
