The eye contact is nice. The single rain drop looks nice. You saw the rain drop while post processing ? Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Mrudul. I have the habit of zooming in on an image and seeing everytime I make new images. That is when I first noticed it.

    thanks

Since it is not mentioned, I presume there is no blurring. So I am wondering how this kind of blur?

    Sabyasachi,

I am very sure that I haven't done any blurring. What makes you think that the dof is awkward/ blurring has been done?

    thanks

A cursory glance and the dof didnt feel right. The way it gets dropped off. On the other hand, if this a large crop (as you haven't mentioned the amount of crop), and the focus was much ahead of the bird, then this can be possible.

I haven't calculated the amount of crop but its not large. The focus too is on the bird. It just slipped out of my mind and I forgot to mention that this image underwent a round of noise reduction. Could that be the reason?

Well. The image dosen't seem to be sharp. Without adequate information shared, it becomes tough on people to critique. I hope this place doesn't degenerate into a good shot, great shot kind of photo sharing site.
