Nice Image of a RARE Blue-Tailed Bee Eater. Question remains :Why its a Blue Tailed(BT) not A Blue-Cheeked(BC) Bee Eater. I have viewed the difference in Colour(and extent) of the Throat and Belly of BT and BC since Back and Tail are not seen. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

Excellent details and nice colors. I like the compositoin, but on second thought, I have a feeling that there is a tad too much space at the top. Did you try a horizontal on the field? Also, was this shot handheld?

Nice calling pose. The red eye attracts attention. Nice details. The clean background adds to the image. Thanks for sharing.
