I think a narrower aperture to get more DOF would have been good as you had sufficient shutter speed. Good you got a nice clean background. Thanks for sharing.

agree with the DOF
The spider was in our herbal garden with the web weaved inbetween plants of 2 different columns but was at eye level. In the background was a lawn (the diffused background is of that lawn and soil color had given a pinkish brown tinge to it), and there was no any wall behind.
