    Nice calling pose. A proportional crop with a bit more space on top would be good. the backlit feathers look good. Thanks for sharing.

    Naveen, nice front on view of the bee eater in calling pose. Eye contact is good.

    Looks a bit over sharpened as sharpening artifacts are visible. Composition wise I would have preferred some more space all around.

    As such 250mm is less for bird photography. Why sacrifice 50mm and click at 200mm? A loose crop would have been better. Calling pose is nice. Natural perch would have been great. Thanks for sharing.
