The framing of images looks nice for print. However for critiquing purposes these borders distract.
In this case the focus appears to be at the lower right hand side just below the leaf. For macro subjects you need higher depth of field and hence narrow apertures like f8, f11 etc. At those apertures the shutter speeds are very less. So You need to use a tripod to get the shots sharp. Also, your focus needs to be precise. Also please check the minimum focussing distance of your lens.

I like the diagonal composition. However as sabyasachi pointed out, the focus has not been right. also you could give a smaller aperture to cover the whole depth in the image... Beautiful leaves...
