Nice that you got some good light on the head. The eye contact is nice. The narrow aperture has helped. Was the AF point on the body? The composition seems fine, best you could do. Thanks for sharing.

Slightly lowering the contrast would be good. The Auto focus seems to have locked on to the body. How much of crop is this?
