Default Priority perch: Crested serpent eagle

Been a couple of weeks I posted anything here. The project work and technical seminars in my final semester along with the tadoba visit had kept me busy

I have observed during my recent visits to tadoba, a resident grey headed fish eagle (GHFE) in the area I shot this image.
The GHFE was sighted perched inshade under a large tree, and got to avoid the h...eat of the day. This CSE though, had to perch on top of a dry stump and took the beating of the heat!

Nice perch. Sure looks like good viewing point. The light seems a bit harsh. Why +0.3 EC? There seems to be some loss of details, is it due to the crop? Thanks for sharing.
