    Default Bandipur Tiger Cub

This is from Bandipur Tiger Reserve. Early morning light made this a pleasant sighting. Unfortunately, the driver called up others by phone and then it was all madness.

Canon EOS 1D Mark IV, Canon EF 400mm f2.8 L IS USM, EF 2xII, f6.3, 1/250, ISO 400, Full frame image, Lens resting on beanbag.

Lovely eye contact. It was really nice to sight these 4 young cubs. With your 800mm they were quite close to you to get fully. Lovely details. Thanks for sharing.

There were many opportunities to create full frame shots of tigers, will post those later when I find time to convert. This composition was intentional.
