Rajeev, photography is a ever learning process. If you keep posting and commenting, soon you would be able to see the difference in your images. I have seen people who had joined IndiaWilds as beginners, and now they are posting images in exhibitions. So keep commenting and posting .

Good stuff Mrudul. The catchlight, the environment- it all fits in beautifully and has bandipur written all over it. The details on the feather looks good.Mixed lighting condition handled really well. These guys are usually very patient and this particular individual (if you found it not very far from the entry gate on the left side of the road that is) will not leave unless its disturbed beyond a point

Lovely eyes. I like the frame. The ruffled feathers on the head look good. Maybe cropping a sliver on the right to remove the branch on the bottom right corner would be nice.
