Good to see the details of the structure.
I was wondering how you could get such a closeup as it is beyond the 1:1 capability of the 100mm f2.8 L lens. Are you saying the cropped image is 15% of the original?

Hello... Sabyasachi... The size of origional one is 5184x3456
And I cropped, so size is 2675x1965...
Maybe I am Wrong... Please Check the calculation..I think I am Wrong...

Nice attempt at showing the details in the eyes. However, the 100mm is just too inadequate for such tiny subjects. A diffuser would have done good here, as the other parts of the face have been lit harshly.

Yes 100mm have some limits.. But it's sharp lens also.. so.. I always tried to show.. Much macro compound of Bugs.. For This I Crop.!! its really looks interesting.. And For this... I am Thinking to buy Extension tude
