    Default Pelican landing

    I was waiting for one pelican to land, but two of them landed togather. I always love the way the pelicans use their webbed feet as brake.

    Canon EOS 1D Mark II, Canon EF 400mm F2.8 L IS USM, EF 2xII, ISO 200, f7.1, 1/800sec.

    Neelapattu Bird Sanctuary, Andhra Pradesh.

    Beautiful shot. i wish that other pelican wasn't there in the background.

    nice one, this is only suggestion if u know little bit of photoshop then u can clone the second one n make
    front one more center of focus

    Thanks for the suggestion. In photoshop one can easily clone the background bird. Howver, I don't do that, as it no longer remains an image. Ofcourse, one can call it digital illustration. I do have better shot of a pelican landing. Will post that later.
