    Looks like a Black kite, not sure. The dense vegetation in the background looks nice. What were the EXIF details? Thanks for sharing.

    Yes, It may be black kite.
    I have just started learning photography, not knowing the term, EXIF details. It was a point & shoot camera (Sony HX100V) & i just adujsted zoom & clicked.

    No. It was clicked from Junagadh fort which is adjacent to Girnar mountains (Girnar Wildlife sanctuary-Junagadh, Gujarat; a separate WLS from Gir NP-Sasan).

    This WLS houses some 20-22 lions & other wildlife. It is also home to breedong population of endangered vultures which are under threat due to this ropeway project.
