    The reflection looks nice. The low angle makes the image more interesting. Is it fog in the background? Why 1600 ISO? Thanks for sharing.

    Nice one sir. wood sandpiper. The hazy reflection (due to water movement??) in contrast to the sharp bird makes this intresting.

    The hazy reflection is due to the moving boat. Unfortunately, I hadn't planned the trip so when I reached there the boatman was a newbie. He was using the oar as if he was stabbing the water with a sword. Probably, the poor guy was just doing a job without his heart.

    Thanks for the species id. I don't have access to books for the next couple of days.

    It was from my last trip in winter. I have lot of images to process and short films to edit. I guess I need to be more efficient.
