Breathtakingly Beautiful! Looks like Kohora zone. This zone is always teeming with wildlife and if one is lucky he can see the big 4 in one safari

Nice to see this. It seems the elephants were a bit apprehensive of presence of people and were hurriedly moving away. They were in an open patch and conflicts between man and elephant is happening in Assam at a high rate in the last few decades. We were in Kaziranga in 2013. Couldn't visit Kaziranga though I was in Gauhati in 2014. During our 2013 visit, the elephants were hurriedly moving away when they saw us on the road. Thanks for sharing.
