    Nice timing. Saturation slightly higher. This bird wields its beak like a dagger in stabbing larger prey. Last year I had seen it with a coot kill. This year I missed both Bharatpur as well as Chilika due to travel and then illness. Thanks for sharing.

    Nice moment captured. I feel some more space at the bottom would have been nice. A vertical composition would have also worked well here. How were the sightings in Bharatpur this year? Thanks for sharing.

    Sabyasachi sir, this bird is indeed a killing machine , I too have clicked with a Whistling duck kill at far off but image is not that good . They were parenting a baby near by and both male & female were feeding alternatively with smaller fish . Thanks for appreciation Sandipan, Samrat .

    Image was taken vertically. Sightings of birds was very good , lot of birds .I went there for the first time and Bharatpur is much more than my expectation ,It's a paradise ,truly magical place.
