Looks like Indian Scops-Owl (Collared Scops-Owl) -Otus bakkamoena - larger one is Female and smaller one -Male. Nice find. Good take. Thanks for sharing. SaktiWild
Nice composition. It seems there was some shake. Was it taken from a moving vehicle? Maybe using a higher shutter speed would have helped to get more details. Thanks for sharing.
P.S - It would be nice if you can mention the EXIF details in the post and not on the image. Thanks.
this sighting was for less than a minute, taken from a Tempo Traveller.
Where was it clicked. When the engine of the vehicle is on, there is a lot of vibration. So if you rest your camera or lens on the vehicle and the engine is running, then you are more likely to get a soft image.

This was on the main road to Sholayar Dam, owl pair was nesting on a tree in tea estate.
Nice sighting of the shy pair. You got to see when travelling on a Tempo ! you are a luck perso. Thanks for sharing.
