Lovely stare. Seems it was looking directly at you. The perch is nice. Maybe you could have tried using ISO 800, that way you could have still got shutter speed of 1/250 and bit less of noise. If possible moving a bit to the right might have helped to avoid the tree directly behind its head. Did you try a vertical composition? Thanks for sharing.
