Default Spotted Owl BTR diary Mar-17

    Playing hide and seek.
Owls are enigmatic birds, by turns mysterious, lovable, or spooky, depending on who you ask. With over 200 species living on every continent except Antarctica, owls have super-tuned senses that help them hunt prey all over the world. If you were to stand face to face with an owl, after a while it would start to move its head, bobbing rhythmically from side to side, then forward, then back. Or almost completely upside down. All while still looking at you, with its body still facing the front.

Lovely composition. Its nicely camouflaged with the trees. Nicely captured. Thanks for sharing.
