    Nice composition. Sharp. Lovely eyes, liked the feeling in them. Thinking if a bit less contrast would have worked. Is this full frame?

    Do post the equipment and EXIF details.

    The noise isnt too apparent even for ISO 1600... Agree about the contrast...

    I quite like the contrast / saturation here. Perhaps you can crop to a head and shoulders portrait?

    There are very few photos of Barking Deer's which turns out very well, this is is tack sharp, an amazing shot. Try to crop a little towards the right so that the distance between the head and the frame is not too much but just enough.

    The contrast and saturation look good to me. Agree with Apana's suggestion to crop to a portrait, since the whole body hasn't been captured in the frame.

    Not much noise at ISO 1600... Please post equipment and EXIFs.
