Another face to face moment with this tigress, once she got in closer I even had opportunity to take some close shots.

What a moment! Such an encounter with Gowri is indeed a lucky incident. I like this vertical composition better than the horizontal you had posted. The raised front paw is nice. Seems like a tricky scene to expose. What was the EC?

Nice one again.Exposed very well.Do you see tigers on every trip of yours to Bandipur?Early morning or late evening which is better?

Shankar for past 2 years I have been lucky to have seen tigers and sometimes leopards almost in every trip and missed out on few occasions. As a thumb rule sightings of predators are better in the evening, however I have seen tigers both during morning and evening safaris. In winters it is good to spot a tiger in the morning as the light is better.
It is advisable to do min 4 safari rides to spot a tiger, again it depends on your luck too
