this bird was spotted near Itanagar this afternoon feeding around in the meadow. image is cropped to frame. ID not known but appears to belong to Lark family. pl give input. thanx.

shot on a cloudy afternoon, the bird was absolutely compliant probably a juvenile, seeing a homosapiens for the first time. used 5DIII with Tamron 150-600mm at f/400, iso 800, -0.3 @600mm.
