    Location- South Andaman Island, India. Jun 2001.
    An Endemic Species Found In Andaman & Car Nicobar Islands India.

    Venomous, grows up to 1.10m. Nocturnal in Habits.

    Quite different colours. Good eye contact and details. It would be nicely camouflaged in its surroundings. Thanks for sharing.

    Extremely sorry for delay in reply. These pit vipers have extremely variable color forms from each other, I've seen 10 / 12 different color forms in Andaman Pit Viper.

    Beautiful Sameer. I love this image. I guess this must be the viper species in india with the biggest head. Quite huge. And it does love to show off its curves. Thanks for sharing.

    A very rare shot as i've never seen one in this particular pose. The colors are beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
    p.s- now i am really eager to visit andaman and nicobar islands
