Rat Snake Mating

Photographed this in Haserghatta a few weeks back.My first time to photograph snakes and that too mating.

Love the pastel BG here. The rat snakes are not mating however. These are two males testing their strength with a view to getting the females.

Ohh. Thanks for correcting. I was not aware that they are both males. How could you differenciate? Is the mating process quite different?
