Nice moment frozen in time. The image is a bit soft, is this a crop ? Maybe a higher shutter speed would have helped with more details. Wish you got it on a natural perch

The red eyes and the angry look, in a lighter vein suggest its bitten more than it can chew :-) The composition and the eye contact are a great asset to this picture.

Nice moment captured. Agree with Rajan, it seems the catch was quite big for it. Wish the light was less harsh. Giving a -ve EC would have helped. The composition looks fine. Thanks for sharing.
