    Default Brown Rockchat

Reached Lucknow yesterday and spotted this rockchat in my terrace. The weather was quite bad and light was pathetic. This is just about a fairly decent image I could manage. The noise is evident here as this is also a crop.

Nice feel to the photo Murugan saab. The eye contact and head turn are a great asset to this composition.

I think there is a typo in your EXIF posting. The shutter is at 1/2500 as per your post, which i think should be 1/250 (at iso 640 and a fairly open aperture at F4, if the SS is 1/2500, then the light must be bright)

    regards

Nice one again. Agree the light is poor but you've pulled off a good one given the situation. Nice details around the eye, more details in the body would have been wonderful. Maybe a bit of stalking (and hence less cropping) will get you there.

TFS. Can see that the new lens is paying off ... look forward to more!

Thanks for your comments Shyamalaji,Rajanji and Abhishek.

Rajanji: I rechecked the exif details, the shutter speed is indeed 1/2500 and not 1/250. The light was really bad when I was taking this photograph. It was foggy too.

Abhishek: Didnt have a chance to stalk it, the place being the terrace didn't give me too many options
