    Default The tiny BLUUUUUUUUUEEEEEEEE

This angel has been photographed by me several times, but never I could manage a shot with its wings opened up. This event happened yesterday while I was exploring along the dried section of Sanjay Gandhi National park when I spotted two tiny blues flying around and one of them settled down on the dried grass area and opened its wings and stayed unmoved for short time span. Briskly I settled down as close as I could get and managed to get few shots of it. It seemed as if the angel was basking in the sun, getting warmed up, and after close to 15-20 seconds it flew off.

Lovely shades of blue and purple on its wings. Wish the twig was not present, but nothing you could do about it and moving it would have surely made it fly off. The details are good. The narrow aperture has helped. Thanks for sharing.
