Common babbler
Spotted this common babbler traversing the burnt down grass land of Bhandup pumping station. Interesting thing was it wasnt much bothered by my presence and rather kept on maintaining safe distance from me and kept on searching for something in the black ashy ground, probably some insects. This continued on till almost 50-100m and then it finally took off and took perch on a shrub and later disappeared along with few other babblers.
