    Smile jackal from my native

    You have posted an image bigger than 300kb. So I guess the software has downsized it and it has lost quality. You can post an image less than 300kb with the longest side max at 1024 pixels.

    Nice sighting. Your patience has paid off. They are increasingly becoming rare, as there is hardly a place for them to hide. Also, the village dogs outcompete them for food.

    thanks madam..its a village called Arikkulam, located in Calicut (dt),kerala..That day not much sighting..last day a jungle cat sighting was there, but bad luck, my cam was not with me
