    Default The rare Puzzle

While traversing the Nagla Block, under the guidance of Yuwaraj Gurjar Sir, we came spotted a rare moment and for our luck it literally trickled down from the midst of the tree to low lying shrubs. What was it? A mating pair of Monkey puzzle. Had encountered one weathered Monkey Puzzle in SGNP last August, and another missed opportunity in Mangalore couple of months back, but could never get a clear shot of a healthy Monkey puzzle and this was a rare moment for us and we relished on it to the fullest. Though the pair kept on moving, the motion was very limited and mostly would be changing in angles. Here is one of the image I could manage to get, looking at the image on laptop screen , I felt I should have tried slightly narrower aperture also, as few areas the focus wasnt sharp.

Rare natural history moment captured. Agree a further narrower aperture would have been good. Good details. Nicely captured. Thanks for sharing.
