Nice one Bhargava...It is an irony of sorts that the deer is standing in a sea of green and yet has to try so hard to get something worth eating....that of course is our contribution to its life and habitat...

Nice to see this image. Good that its eye is visible. In Sundarbans we saw deers browsing by raising themselves on their hind feet as they can hardly find any grass in the swamps inundated by tides. This image shows the habitat swamped by invasives and the poor cheetal had to stand on its hind legs to reach its food.
