ID Help? Some form of Moth for sure

Spotted this really tiny beauty on some leaf of a small plant and it was sort of doing some dance while moving in random circles on the leaf. It was too tiny for me to notice its beauty but when I had a look on my system I realized the vibrance in its tiny wings. Had spotted it several times earlier but never could get a good frame.

Wow such vibrant colours and textures. We normally don't see closely and miss. Even these small species have such lovely colours. Good details. Nicely captured. Thanks for sharing.
