Spotted this tiny beauty fluttering around restlessly showing off its Insanely Vibrant blue while in flight but closed it off when it settled down. We waited long for it to open up its wings for basking or just before taking off but it hardly moved or opened its vibrant inner wings. Finally had to settle to the beauty that was available to us...the close form of the DC
