Yes, the bird at eye level is always better...
The img has lost some quality... did you despeckle it? I've seen this kind of blotched appearance when I try to despeckle...

It is quite difficult to photograph when the angle is so steep. Agree with Abhishek about the quality. You have any other images in this series?

Agree that the angle if better would have added to the image immensely... The image is unsharp. More images of the tiny bird?
