Nice clear view of the hill on a crisp hot day. The reflection looks nice. Can see a few chitals grazing in the grass. Wish there was a tiger too (always wanting more ). Thanks for sharing.
Nice scene. The hill looks barren than what I saw in May, 1984. I saw a good number of Gaurs in the grassland in those days. Thanks for sharing. SaktiWild
Dear Saktida, Gaurs had gone extinct locally from Bandhavgarh in 1995 and was re-introduced back in 2013 from Kanha. The experiment seems to have fired back, understand all the gaurs are in veterinary enclosure, because of loss in weight, have heard hush hush news that possibility they are suffering from TB!!! Bandhavgarh is now full of goat weed, thus the edible grass for herbivorous are short, with food base fall survival is at edge. It seems, Bandhavgarh has lost out on Gaurs
