The focus here is on the foreground leaves...
It is a Fungoid Frog. But the colour is very pale for a fungoid frog... wonder why.

Agree with abhishek about the focus... It is difficult to try to acquire focus when it is dark. do try a reference light if possible, it helps. During my Olive Ridley hatching trip i used the light from my headlamp and an LED torch to acquire focus and then shoot with flash fire. It helps.
