Great close up .Surprising behaviour though.Would have expected it to make itself scarce as quickly as possible. Thanks for sharing.
Agree with Shyamala, you don't get much time to photograph them as they usually take off. There is some loss of details. Please check if the AF point is locked on the vegetation in the foreground. In these situations using manual focus helps, also as it was there for sometime you had some time to check. A more vertical framing or a regular rectangular framing would have been nice. Thanks for sharing.
Wonderful. It is an old Jackal, I think. It is looking at you with jaws open, the tongue out. The expression indicates uncertainly and surprise....( Jackal's behaviour in the words of our great teacher M. Krishnan). Nice capture Sankar Bhai. Thanks for sharing. SaktiWild
