Calm-ed, eyeing around
ID: Brown headed gull
Not sure if its for some timeout or for the junk food that people dump around, these gulls seem to spend some time along the railings of the bridge, with a look out for the passer byes. This particular one braved a bit more and wasnt much bothered by my movement towards it and rather kept on looking at me in different head angles, probably in quest to locate where the food was.
