Giant one...Really its nice to see a tusker in green forest that too after a rain...
I tried vertically because i was having 150-600mm lens and the tusker was very close to our vehicle ..
ISO 1000,1/500 on 150mm....Hand held...

Watching a tusker in the wild is always a nice experience. The finger at the tip of the trunk is nicely visible. Slightly more space at the right to get the complete foot would have been nice as the right front foot appears to be slightly cut. With a long zoom lens it is tough to get pleasing image of elephants when they are close to us. So going vertical is the right decision. Thanks for sharing.

Agree the forests look beautiful after the rains. Lovely tusks. The vertical composition looks good. The myna near the feet gives an of the elephant provides a nice comparison . Where was this photographed? Thanks for sharing.
Nice composition. Long evenly curved horizontally carried tusks. Thanks for sharing. SaktiWild
