Default The bloom and the scenery

    ID: Common Mallow(Azanza lampas)

One of the beauties along the trail, this yellow bloom stood out with the beautiful scenery in the backdrop, swishing around with the fresh and pleasant breeze that blew around from the hills. With occasional rains, but heavy clouds flying over, the terrain seemed very vibrant, especially with the vibrant blooms all along the trail, and the play of shadows these floating clouds would cast upon it, brought in the special drama.

interesting. What time did you click this? the yellow of the flower seems to have lost details at some places. Later in the evening may have been even better. This image gives a feeling of tranquility. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,

Lovely scene. The composition looks good. Agree better light would have enhanced the composition further. Any birding in the area? Thanks for sharing.

This was at the peak of the day, almost 10:30 -11 a.m., was hoping to see dense cloud cover, so planned early morning trip to the location, had very interesting sightings last year, I wanted to improve upon the framing of those sightings, but unfortunately this area has already started drying up.
