ID: Pagoda ants/acrobat ants
Spotted this interesting sight on the beautiful pagoda built by the tiny beauties, along the trail. For some reason, unsure if its due to the heavy rains or presence of some predator in the surrounding area, there seemed to be a lot of hustle bustle amongst the tiny warriors and a few of them extended off to the tip of the stem of the plant, in defensive stance, on which the pagoda/structure was built.
In a quest to capture the hurried motion of the ants, i attempted framing it at a slower shutterspeed, though without the tripod getting a crisp frame was a difficult task, especially while protecting self and the equipment from the monsoon showers. Eventually could attempt a decent frame where one can see a hint of the fast paced motion of the ants
