The bloom and the scenery

Came across this beautiful spot with ta few bloom of wild sesame flowers, along with the others like the Indian borage and garden balsams, along the slopes, overlooking a beautiful sight of the Dhom lake and the hills of the Matheran range/Western ghats. With the play of dark clouds flying over the hill ranges, while a bright beam of light pierced through onto the blooming area, bringing in some interesting drama into the whole scenery

Beautiful scene. Due to the heavy rains, the area has nice greenery all around and also the Dhom lake looks to be filled to its maximum capacity. Was it very windy? Maybe you could have used a higher ISO to get more shutter speed. How far is this place from Thane? Thanks for sharing.

Nice idyllic setting. One can relax at this place. At what focal length did you click this? Since you are focusing on the near object, you have to keep the hyperfocal distance in mind. A narrow aperture would have been better. Thanks for sharing.
