cutting and erosion of sand dunes in desert area

in western rajasthan i saw so many tractor and trolly holder were cutting and drifting the sand dune to newly constructed house for uplifting the plinth level and after a two three years were the tourist were came to see the rippled naked sand dune were seen no where
