    I agree.. one of the most beautiful places one can visit.....
    Kaza & Tabo ( on the Indo-Tibet border) would be a very close second, though.... have posted some pics frm Kaza in the 'Landscapes' .... stunning place....

    Hi Bibhav,

    Yes a different view of the same scene. Ladakh is such a place that the same scene looks totally different from different angles.

    The shot you have posted is square shaped, you can edit the image to a rectangle shape, that enhances a landscape image.

    I think you have taken the shot from top, you could have zoomed out a bit to show the surroundings, which is quite esential while taking a landscape.

    I have not been to Kaza and Tabo, still have lot of places to visit, i feel even a one time visit to Leh and Ladakh is not sufficient to really see the place.

    yes you are right. I should have zoomed out more. I wasnt very happy with this pic. but wanted to show the colour difference of the two waters...

    I fully agree.. Ladakh needs to be explored more, before it gets exploited in the next few more years...
